( I’ve read a few forum lnks, same problem, though no apparent answer). I still have this issue 3 months later. I built my system and have 65gb RAM, 24gb Graphics Card teamed up with and i9 Processor and have the same issues. I have the same issue, it is not the Laptop that is the issue but Windows 11.

I tried to ring Removed, the Sky customer number, but there seems to be a fault with the Sky service today. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.

The Sky Ireland phone lines are closed at a weekend. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues. All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t like them on the forum. To get more help on the forum, why not use the search bar at the top to search for questions already asked and answered by other Community users? @molle22 You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Called up to see if I can get a new customer deal, got told as 18 months are not up (17 months!) , I am not a ‘new customer’ and quoted me an existing customer price!

You are proabably aware, but always worth mentioning.The puck much like a Sky Q box can for some customers suffer from interference in a number of ways at times. Give it a go – I swapped my glass from ethernet to wifi and found it a lot better If you try it at least we will know if you have a malfunctioning unit and I can escalate your post to the online sky community support team @lettice please can you move to the stream forum I have the same issue on windows 11. (We’re other customers here so cannot directly ‘help’ you)

Although if you ve never had it on your wifi it won’t make any difference You can’t beat a cable when streaming! It also eliminates a dodgy Ethernet cable or malfunctioning switch as the cause of vegas casino app your issues ……
I’m going to try and call customer support tomorrow Clearly a Lenovo issue with the Slim 3. The volume control stays on screen about halfway up, you cannot change volume, and cannot shut it down very effectively.

It’s now February 2025 And I’m still having this issue. It would be good to know if Sky are looking at this issue, which appears to be affecting quite a few people. I have exactly the same issues as the original poster.

Sky kids books has changed back to sky family On average, new discussions are replied to by our users within 3.6 hours It installed an update however exactly the same issues are still being faced. Works fine on an old Intel 7th Gen Core i7 based PC running Windows 10 so clearly not a hardware issue. We have the same issue on an Intel NUC rwith 11th gen Core i7 CPU running Windows 11.
